Coal-fired brazier

The double forced aspiration system from top to bottom (and vice versa) allows a quick ignition of coal, a bigger control on smoke draught and an excellent meat cooking. In fact, thanks to this system, the smoke doesn’t come back on the meat and the worker won’t be obstructed while he’s cooking. Then the grill can be easy installed even inside inner rooms with a suitable pipe.
