TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:

  • Steel building.
  • Stainless steel cooking room with heating seal and totally smooth high thermal insulation, lateral panels with a convention system to the heat distribution in separate phases for a greater homogeneus cooking on every level.
  • Stainless steel locking door with twin walls, a gasket resistant to high temperatures and double glass for greater viewing of products.
  • Air distribution channel for the external glass of the door and of the lamps ventilation, to limit the external temperature that’s in conctact with the worker. Internal glass easy to disassemble and clean.
  • Pressure docking with latch and a right-opening handle (the left one is available on request) made of a material resistant to hits and high temperatures.
